Carlos Salcedo graduated from Brandeis University in 2005 with a degree in Politics and Economics.  Upon graduation, he was employed at Lehman Brothers and played an essential associate role in their Investment Management Division.  In his three years of experience at Lehman Brothers, Carlos helped deliver wealth management and asset management solutions to affluent individuals, corporations and institutions.

While at Brandeis University, Carlos was President of the Latino organization, AHORA.  It was in this role that Carlos first got a taste of organizing and marketing events.  As President, Carlos was instrumental in helping AHORA develop strategic and durable partnerships with other organizations, university administration, venues and vendors.

In October 2005, Carlos co-founded The Epix Group, LLC.  As The Epix Group's director of Business Relations, Carlos' responsibilities range from developing business relationships and partnerships with venues, sponsors and clients to day-to-day operations.  Carlos has played a leading role in positioning EPIX as a highly regarded marketing and promotions company.
