Diony Elias
Co-Founder
Director of Operations Diony Elias graduated from Brandeis University in 2004 with a degree in English Literature and double-minor concentrations in Philosophy and Legal Studies. He worked for the corporate law firm Fried, Frank, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as a Paralegal before accepting a similar position at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP. In his four-year experience as a Paralegal, Diony assisted associates, partners and clients in multiple high-pressured closings. His corporate background is comprised of Capital Markets & Securities (IPO's), Structured Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and an interim position with the Investment Management group at Goldman Sachs. Diony began his entrepreneurial career August 2005, when he co-founded New City Investment Solutions, LLC, a real estate investing company specializing in residential development. He assumed the role of President and the responsibility of raising capital and securing financial commitments from private investors. In October 2005, Diony co-founded his second entrepreneurial venture: The Epix Group, LLC. As the Epix Group's Director of Operations, Diony's responsibilities range from overseeing day-to-day logistics to the company's strategic development. Diony has played a pivotal role in building EPIX into a reputable brand. |
